Sacrament of Confirmation

"Suddenly there came from the sky a noise like a strong driving wind,
and it filled the entire house in which they were.
And they were all filled with the holy Spirit."  Acts 2:2,4

High School Confirmation (10th, 11th or 12th Grades)

During this time of year, things begin to get hectic and schedules tend to fill up with school and family obligations. It is during these times that we sometimes forget one of the most important things to focus on, our relationship with God.

Some of you may be wondering if you are ready to begin a journey like this. If we waited until we were completely ready and everything was absolutely clear, would the journey be exciting or would it even happen at all?

You are being invited on a journey to "come and see." A community of youth is forming here in our parish to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation. These youth will "come and see" how they have a community with each other in which they can learn and grow in faith — grounded in the Eucharist, in prayer, in service and in our unity as Roman Catholics. They will come together to see the beauty and blessings in their lives through faith.
