"I was a stranger and you welcomed me." (Mt 25:35)
Take an active roll in our weekend liturgies by becoming a minister of hospitality - a Greeter! We need parishioners to join us in "revealing the face of Christ" to others. All of us, adults and teenagers, can be "greeters". All you need is a genuine smile and an initiative to greet.
If you feel that you have a gift for welcoming or a gift for smiling, please consider joining our "Greeter Ministry". Our primary responsibility is to welcome those entering our parish to celebrate Mass and wish them a blessed day as they leave. The warmth and personalization associated with this greeting is contagious, stays with us, and helps us live out the Gospel message. For more info, contact Fr. Canisius at 410-833-1696 or frcanisius@shgparish.org.
